As of August 31, 2009, DB Realty have ten Ongoing Projects, aggregating approximately 18.61 million square feet of Saleable Area, nine Forthcoming Projects, aggregating approximately 20.17 million square feet of Saleable Area and six Upcoming Projects, aggregating approximately 22.11 million square feet of Saleable Area.
The mail objective of the issue are To meet expenses of construction and development of certain of our projects, To pre-pay the loan taken from IDFC; and For meeting expenses towards general corporate purposes.
