Religare acquires 87.5% in Maharishi Housing stock rises
Religare Enterprises touched an intraday high of Rs 475 and an intraday low of Rs 453.25. At 12:14 pm, the share was quoting at Rs 470, up Rs 9.20, or 2%.
The company has acquired 87.5% stake in Maharishi Housing Development and is going to infuse Rs 93 crore in company, reports CNBC-TV18.
It was trading with volumes of 41,092 shares. Yesterday the share closed up 1.37% or Rs 6.25 at Rs 460.80.
