Day Trading is a very risky business and you need to be well prepared before you try your luck and invest in day Day Tradingtrading. The some of important points are—

  2. Day Trading involves lots of risk and so is usually done on spare money which might one have. A sufficient amount of capital money should be ready before you start. This is because unless you have huge sum ready in your hand, you cannot earn much.
    Day-trading is not for people who cannot bear the losses and see their capital going down. The simple advise to those people is to refrain from the day trading.
  3. You need to have knowledge and an edge over the rest of the competitors in the market. You should strategize your investment and how the money should be moved?
    Try to work hard towards the development of a trading plan, selection of the trades, managing the trades and exiting.
  4. To ensure that you make some money then it is very important that you have a profitable strategy. There are daily many traders who end up losing their money because they fail to follow their own strategies and greed of earning more. There is a common saying that “Plan the trade and trade the plan.” Success is impossible without discipline.
  5. Day trading is an extremely stressful and expensive full-time job.

A day trader usually looks for two things while trading in a stock. These are liquidity and volatility. Liquidity refers to the entry and exit in a stock at a good and reasonable price. Volatility is simply a measure of the expectations of the rise in stock value and expected daily price range. More volatility means much higher profit or loss. One of the common mistakes that people make in this is that they are usually not content with the low profits. Therefore it is advised that don’t be lulled into complacency by the low margins being offered and just make sure that your trade value is within your financial means.
